Ocean Grill Vallarta was working on a tight budget and needed the most bang for their buck when it came to a booking system and a visually striking website design. To meet their needs, we sent out our own photographer to capture their location and menu in vivid detail while our development team hung back to source the best reservation system for their budget.

Since their budget and tech knowledge was extremely low, we had to build a site that presented all of the necessary components in a beautiful way while keeping it simple enough for the owner to operate when necessary. As is, the site doesn't need updating except on rare occasions, so his reservation system cultivates bookings for him, hands free.

The majority of his customers come from word of mouth, so our job was to ensure that the right information was presented in the right location to guide people to booking and inform them of how the restaurant works. This meant creating concise sales flows and instructional content blocks to ensure customers weren't left confused on the day of their booking.

The owners had zero knowledge on what their website would need to ensure customers had every opportunity to educate themselves before booking. For that, we filled in the gaps, with contact forms, about interview content, english and spanish translation, FAQ guides, and more.
