The Vallarta Guëra walking tour guidebooks
    CLEVER SOLUTIONS FOR A LIMITED BUDGET
    The Vallarta Guëra wanted to deliver their PDF guidebooks in an app format, but - with a limited budget - creating an app was off the table. So we built them a comprehensive web-app instead. Accessible anywhere there's wifi, users could access the TVG web-app from the jungles to the bay.
    CREATIVE PRODUCT SUITE MAKEOVER
    We redesigned their first seven PDF's into streamlined, comprehensively descriptive, interactive guidebooks that users could access from their phone using their own, or PV's free and city-wide, wifi service. Each PDF was over 40+ pages and filled to the brim with detailed information that needed to be intuitively organized for ease of flow.
    SALES FUNNELS THAT CONVERT & ENGAGE
    We created a split-user sales flow for expats and tourists so that content could be curated easily for each customer-style; built an automated sales funnel with email campaigns, customer analytics, and retention strategies; and set them up with a 6-month marketing strategy to: 1) maximize their ad-spend ROI, 2) increase their customer conversions, and 3) engage new customers in six different countries to expand their target audience.
    FILLING GAPS & MISSING CONTENT
    We saw an opportunity to expand TVG's original sales model from focusing solely on tourists to incorporating the growing expat community. With our guidance, boots on the ground, and free-rein creative control, we created the "Expat Pass," offering a variety of unique offers and services for longterm travelers to the area. This increased their profits by 63% in the first 2-months.

    I know she has a hard boundary for two rounds of revisions, so we made sure to make ours count. It took us three days to compile our first revisions list - most of the items being design changes. Once our revisions were implemented, we realized we loved Tiffa's original version more lol. She really knows what will look good on delivery.

    Our second round of revisions was to revert all of our designs back to her original mockups, and then we asked her to add in a few more emails for the sales process.
